Please allow up to 5 days for orders to be processed once your payment has cleared. (Excluding Weekends and Holidays)
All orders are shipped via USPS on Fridays by 12pm CST.
Once available, the tracking number will be emailed to the email address that was used to place the order.
Please allow ample time for your product to arrive depending on which form of shipping method you choose.
Once a tracking number has been provided and the package has been shipped, it becomes the property of the USPS service. Any claims for lost shipments should be made with them.

Return & Exchange Policy:
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Due to hygienic purposes, no refunds will be given on manicure sets, crystal nail files, or cuticle revitalizer oil.
To be eligible for a refund/exchange, your item must be in the original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We cannot issue a refund/exchange if your item was received as a gift.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not qualify to receive a refund/exchange.
Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery will not qualify to receive a refund/exchange.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items (if applicable)
No refunds/exchanges will be given on sale items.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. There will be a 40% restocking fee taken from the refund for returned merchandise.
When returning items to us, it is recommended that you use shipping with tracking information, because we cannot guarantee that the items will be received.
